Individual coaching sessions are held 2 times per month for half an hour and they occur over the phone. There is no need to spend time driving to appointments and we do not have to be located in the same geographical area. We will set up days and times that work for you, and we will have standing appointments. You may contact me by email or phone between scheduled sessions.
