Do you know how your potential customers see your business?
"We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are." Talmudic saying It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you know how your business and how you are perceived, but do you really know? How can you go about finding out what you don't know? The answer is really quite simple: Ask! Who do you ask? Ask any of the following: current customers, potential customers, competitors in another part of the country, investors, your team of advisors, and your MasterMind team. If you don't have a MasterMind team consider being a paid member of the Nurse Entrepreneur Network and joining the monthly telephone MasterMind call. What do you ask? Ask what they know about your company, products and services, what they consider your strengths and weaknesses? Is your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) clear and compelling? What impression of your company and you do they get when they meet you, see your marketing materials, or look at your web site? What is one thing (or more) that they would change about your web site, company, products or services if they could change it? That's all for now, enjoy this exploration!
