Make marketing easy

Nurse Entrepreneurs call me and tell me they don't know how to market or that marketing is too hard. Marketing doesn't have to be hard.

Sometimes nurse entrepreneurs feel they are too shy to be able to market effectively. It doesn't matter if you are shy or outgoing. You can be good at marketing regardless of your preferred style.

One of the best ways to market is to write. Write about what your customers want to know.

Marketing isn't about selling; it's about building relationships. Let your customers get to know you by reading what you write.

As I write these tips, I try to envision each of you and what you might need to know to help you be successful. If you were in front of a group of your potential customers, what is the most valuable information you could give them? This is what you want to write about. By doing this you will indeed be marketing.
