Using social networking gives you a means for people to get to know you. By now I'm sure you know how important it is for your potential customers to get to know, like and trust you.

Using social networks also lets you reach a younger audience. Young people are using social networks to a far greater extent than their older counterparts. If your potential customers are young adults you need to be using social networking sites.
