Powerful and effective self introductions
LeaRae Keyes, RN

When you craft your self introduction keep it short and sweet. Use as few words as possible. Keep your introduction under 60 seconds. It is even better if you can keep it to 30 seconds or less. In some situations 7 seconds is ideal. This is why it is so important to write out your introduction. You can then trim it as much as possible.

The three key elements of your self introduction are

  1. Who you serve (your target market).
  2. What is their biggest challenge.
  3. How you solve that challenge.
