Develop a list of resources
LeaRae Keyes, RN

Having resources readily available is important for any nurse entrepreneur. Depending on your business you will likely need different resources than a nurse entrepreneur with a different focus. A resource to which I was recently directed is the government's Consumer Safety site.

Consumer Safety

I can think of a couple of uses for this site by nurse entrepreneurs. The list of recalls might be important for you to share with your clients from time to time. You might also find uses for the Better Business Bureau link and if you are a geriatric case manager the long term care ombudsman by state could be a useful site. These are some of the ideas that occurred to me as I glanced through the list. You might find other helpful links based on your area of practice.

Even if you don't find this resource useful you should have a list of useful resources that you can refer to as you go about doing your work so that you do not have to search Google repeatedly for the same info or because someone has shared a valuable link of which you were not previously aware.

Start or add this to your resource list to begin streamlining your business.
