Once you have the idea of what business you would like to pursue, the next step is to write your business plan. No, it doesn't need to be difficult or boring. Actually it should be interesting for you to think about having a successful business and what it will look like.

And, you don't have to write your business plan in one drawn out day long session. Break it into small pieces. Schedule several sessions throughout the next week when you will work on one or more chunks of your business plan. You will feel great once you complete it and it will be your road map to starting and growing your business.
