Just tell me!
LeaRae Keyes, RN

One of the most important things we can do in business is to listen to our customers. This is true for me as well as for other nurse entrepreneurs.

During the past year I had a coaching call with a nurse entrepreneur (all paid members are entitled to 2 - 20 minute coaching sessions - have you taken advantage of yours?). We talked about her unique nurse entrepreneur business idea which involved telemedicine. Only a couple weeks after this coaching session I received a call from a business owner looking for this exact type of nurse entrepreneur! I put them in contact with each other and they are now exploring having the nurse entrepreneur be a sub contractor to this business. This will ultimately result in an explosion of her nurse entrepreneur business. I am so excited about how this is unfolding.

I also had another Nurse Entrepreneur Network member contact me about a survey she was sending out. She shared that she was doing things a little backward as she should have sent out the survey first and then started the business. However, it is vitally important that she is sending out the survey now as she can tweak her business based on the responses she receives. This will help get her business pointed in a direction to be more successful.

I haven't asked for your feedback for awhile so I'm inviting you to send me an email with the following information (just copy and paste this into an email addressed to LeaRae@Nurse-Entrepreneur-Network.com):

  • Your name:
  • Your business name:
  • Your target market:
  • The problems your business solves for your customers:
  • What sets you apart from your competitors:
  • Your greatest challenges:
  • Topics you would like to see me cover in my weekly tips:

By listening to you, I will be better able to meet your needs. I know you're a busy person so do it now before you forget!

What can you do to learn more about the needs of your customers or potential customers?
